Hi, my name is Jennifer. I am renting a bathroom updated townhome in West Alexandria City right off the Pentagon Express Bus route. My year old son is renting one of the bedrooms while he attends law school. He’s currently a consultant for Accenture. We are looking for a roommate who is a student or professional, generally quiet, clean and respectful. We can offer month or month leases. The monthly rent is $ and the room is available July 1. The top floor has one bedroom and bath with interior storage closet and plenty of space for a desk. The main bedroom floors has the master bedroom with bath and another bedroom with a bathroom adjacent. There is a two car garage, washer/dryer, patio, wood floors, fire place, natural gas grill.
