Room wanted in Los Angeles

I am a male aged who is semi-retired and passionate about BJJ. That said, I am looking for a large room with private bathroom. My furniture includes a Queen Sized Bed, a 7ft desk, and a bookshelf which will go in the room and kitchen items include a Breville Espresso Maker, Ninja dual basket air fryer. I also have a vehicle so will need dedicated off street parking. I train BJJ 5 days a week and meal prep once a week. I am looking for month-to-month lease options and am available to move from with a budget of $/month. I would like to share with males or females, ideally between years old.
