Hi, my name is Matt and I am a logistics manager looking for a tenant to rent out my secondary master bedroom. This room additionally comes with a FULL bathroom attached with shower, toilet, and sink included. ALL utilities and internet are included in the monthly rate. This includes base rent, gas, electric, water, trash, and internet. Washer/Dryer and base appliances are included and available for usage as well. This room also includes a designated parking spot at the place of residence that is also included in the monthly rent. No deposit needed. An additional $ will be added per month for payment via app such as venmo, cash-app, etc.

I am looking for ideally a responsible individual age wise and up who enjoys simple living, not a party house by any means. Don't mind music, just no loud base. The kind that vibrates through the entire house ya know? I mostly work and in my down time watch shows, do some gaming, and chill. Don't mind drinking in the home as long as it isn't causing issues with the living environment. I am open to dogs based off the breed, and unfortunately no cats due to allergies.
