FURNISHED STAY AT THE ATHERTON

Hi! I am looking for a subleaser from May 1st to January for my apartment at The Atherton apartments in South End ( south blvd). I am got married on March th; otherwise I would have loved to stay here!

I have a Christian roommate who was also my college roommate. You would have your own room and bathroom. The floor plan is below; your bathroom/bedroom & walk-in closet would be on the right side. The common spaces & kitchen will be furnished. I am open to renting out or selling my bedroom/bathroom/closet furniture as well.

The rent I currently pay is $ per month and around $ per month on other charges (Internet, Valet Trash pickup, Utilities, etc).

The apartment is in a prime location in South End with great amenities (see photos). Please message me if you or someone you know may be a good fit!
