Master bedroom with private bath

MUST LIKE CATS. Available May first. Furnished master bedroom with queen bed, mini fridge, tv etc and private attached bathroom with shower only (no tub). Laundry and kitchen access, utilities and WiFi included in rent. Parking space in driveway available. We are a married couple with two cats and are kind of messy in the rest of house to be honest. On Thursdays, my husband hosts
a game night group so we need a roommate who is OK with this - they are usually done between ten pm and ten thirty pm. Month to month rental, three hundred dollar deposit to be returned with thirty days notice of moving out and clean and undamaged room.
