House to share Arverne by the Sea

If you are interested call me at (…..The house is very quiet, you will share the house with myself which I am the owner and another roommate which we share our own bathroom . You have your own bathroom in the bedroom and there is also a half bath on the first floor. It has a backyard with trekking deck and a barbecue. With table and chairs ….the neighbors are great ….most of us have been here for years! It’s three blocks from the YMCA and 4 blocks from Stop and Shop. The room comes furnished and you will have use of the washer and dryer. There is no smoking in the house and no pets . Currently the pictures are not posted as I just got back from a day vacation .
