Description

A spacious apartment just a short distance from Wellington Station could be your next home! I’m looking for someone to share a one-year lease starting June , but I’m open to a July 1 move-in if that better aligns with your current lease. The room is in the Wellington Parkside Apartments.

You’ll have a private bedroom and bathroom, with the living room separating the bedrooms for added privacy. The apartment features in-unit laundry, a well-equipped kitchen with additional storage, and a furnished common area (open to adjusting or adding pieces to make the space feel more like home). I can’t attach a video here, but I’m happy to share a tour of an identical empty unit upon request.
