Looking for a downstairs bedroom

Hello i'm a retired social worker of twenty two years looking to locate In and the round whittier...Pico Rivera ...Downey South Gate Montebello I am currently living in an upstairs room. I have Arthritis and I need knee surgery which is a in n out procedure. Same day I'm looking for a room with kitchen privileges. I do have all my kitchen appliances that I need cookware dishes so cabinets would be great to have. If I have to share a bathroom please. I am looking for a nice size room. I have all my own furniture. I have letters of references. To talk about me and my son who visits me daily. I will provide those if needed. I'm very neat and tidy. I was born and raised in Los Angeles. I am bilingual. I speak english and Spanish.
