Off-Campus Apartment (available for summer and next year)

Hi! We have a  bath at Lark Chapel Hill. () Apartment is a \~ minute walk to Franklin St. and \~ min walk to most of main UNC campus. Shuttle service Mon-Fri during the day, all day with a Full Route Shuttle and an axpress Shuttle.

Utilities are usually \~$/mo per person in addition to the base rent. Apartment is fully furnished (couches, island chairs, coffee table, washer dryer, microwave, stove, dishwasher, TV; full bath for each private bedroom). Amenities include a pool, gym, basketball court, volleyball court, and the shuttle.

Summer Sublease: We have 3 rooms to sublease this summer in a bath (lease from June , but will be open in May) at Lark Chapel Hill. Rent is $/mo/person. Only looking for females, as one female roommate is staying over summer.

Transferring for academic year: We are looking for 4 people to takeover leases for next year (Jul to Jul ). Rent is*$/mo/person. Looking for anyone, preferably a group of 4.
