My name is Athena. My 2 Girls and I are looking to rent out 2 rooms in our new age, spiritual (not religious) home to responsible, respectful females.

We are a quiet, calm, & relaxed family and would love to keep that type of environment.
We would love to talk about your day or thoughts you may have, yet understand everyone needs their “ME” time, so we are willing to give you your space.
We are probably some of the most understanding and least judgmental people you will ever meet. We work from home, and live in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with many neighborhood parks, large trees, great walking / biking paths and small lakes / ponds.

We are looking for a responsible professional / student, to share our home with a spiritually gifted family. Preferably female (energy). We are LGBTQ+ friendly.
A single mom with 1 small well behaved child would be ok.

We have a beautiful bed, 5 bath home In Riverview. Bedrooms are upstairs you would have 4 roommates.
For $ per month, you will receive a large, furnished & private room with a shared bathroom.
Your Room has a Queen sized bed, desk, large closet, dresser, ceiling fan, touch lamp, built-in charging ports, and carpet. If you have your own furniture we can clear out a room for you.
Includes: electric, water, A/C, internet / wifi, a shelf in the fridge.
Access to: the Laundry room, kitchen, dining room, family room, screened porch, and backyard.
Parking for 1 car in driveway available.
No pets, owner does have indoor cats, and an outdoor rabbit. For you to be able to love on.
No smoking, vaping, Drama, parties, couples, or overnight guests.
friendly as long as it conforms to No Smoking.
