Looking ideally for someone who wants to stay a year or longer, but lease will be 6 months (max) at first, with potential to renew after.

-Internet, water, gas, trash/recycling, sewer, electricity, and 1st floor laundry included. Cable/streaming services are not, since I don’t watch TV.

-Third floor room is thirteen x ten . Rent includes desk, small dresser, storage boxes under bed, extra bed sheets, and a nightstand with drawers. Shared hallway bathroom. (Photos have some of the current tenant's belongings)

-Plenty of food storage space (1 fridge + mini-fridge). Plenty of kitchen supplies. If you are wondering about kitchen supplies, please ask!

-No pets (allergies), smoking, vaping, drugs, or parties.

-The application is similar to most places, but at some point, we will zoom before I invite you over. You are welcome to schedule if you are serious, but also to cancel the call any time (preferably with early notification, even without an excuse, if you are no longer interested).
