I’m looking to sublease my room this summer while I’m away on internship. The room comes with a private bathroom and walk-in closet and is part of a unit. There is only one other person living in the unit, but they work a lot and are hardly home. This comes with a parking pass for the parking garage on the grounds and utilities is included in the rent.
