I am looking for a roommate to help pay the other half of rent which is $. Utilities are every 3 months and have been about $ for Internet and the electric can be a bit ridiculous considering the old home and the split duct A/C units. I want to be transparent in saying that if we use the A/C or heat consistently it pumps the electric bill up exponentially. So if we wanted to be money conscious then using a heater/fan would be the best option. A bad month the electric can be up to $… a good or typical month is $. All said I would expect half of rent, internet, electricity and utilities. I would be willing to either take the master bedroom and give up the 2 smaller rooms or take the 2 smaller rooms and give up the master. This place also got me with the “landlord special”.. I moved in and realized there are a few small issues but affect the actual living save 0%. I also need to talk with the landlord about getting a new washer or dryer. Message me for prices .
