One bedroom is a house available

Description

I want to rent one bedroom () with walk-in closet in a four-bedroom house. It is very close to SJSU (2 min driving and min bicycle). There is VTA station right at the corner of the street.

The room is available now. Monthly rental is $ (utilities is covered) with 6 months minimum stay. The future roommate will have the shared bathroom and laundry (washer & dryer) access. Limited kitchen access to microwave only. Parking will be off street parking.

This room is for one single person and no drug, no smoke, no alcohol abuse allowed in room/house. Occasionally overnight guest is allowed with $ per night stay.
