• minute drive/ minute walk from IUI campus. minute drive from food markets such as: Taco-bell, Q-Doba, Subway, Insomnia Cookies, Papa John’s, Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, Starbucks, Panda Express and Parlor Doughnuts.
-Preferably clean and tidy roommates!
$/month includes:

• Parking Garage access

• Fully Furnished
• hour Maintenance
• Full size washer and dryer
• Balcony
• Living room +flat screen TV
• Own bedroom and bathroom (personal locks, no other roommates/parents have access to a key to your bedroom)
• Security System in each unit
Excludes:
• Electricity (split evenly among the 4)

• Non-Avenue resident cannot enter the mail-room, apartment building, unit, or bedroom without an Avenue resident present.
