ISO roommate!

I'm looking for a woman or non-binary roommate, preferably in their mid to late s & LGBTQ+ friendly, to share my cozy 2-bedroom apartment right on Parc La Fontaine in the heart of the Plateau. I'm a night owl with a social lifestyle, so ideally you're someone with a similar schedule - or at least comfortable with some late-night movement and the occasional weekend gathering. That said, I deeply value a clean and respectful shared space and am looking for someone who feels the same. You should also be cat-friendly (I don't have one yet, but I'm planning to adopt a hypoallergenic cat late summer/fall!).
The available room is $/month (negotiable) plus wifi + hydro, furnished or unfurnished (my current roommate is willing to leave her furniture for the summer), with flexible rental terms (can be a sublet for the summer or an official lease transfer). The apartment is fully furnished with in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, has direct bus access, and is a -minute walk to Mont-Royal station, grocery stores, you name it! Move-in as early as May 1st or officially June 1st!
