Master bedroom in Logan heights

I am looking for a roommate to share a bathroom house located in Logan Heights. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and very close to the freeway and minutes away from Coronado and Little Italy/Gaslamp.

-flexibility with month to month rental
-huge backyard with fruit trees
-on- laundry 

I'm looking for a laid back, female-identifying roommate who loves dogs. I would also like to live with someone who values cleanliness and who does not smoke, preferably someone who works fully on- as I work remotely.

Rent is $ and it is month to month. If it is a very good fit, we can negotiate a cheaper rent for a longer lease term. Utilities are shared and around $/month.

NOTES:
-Background check required. The cost to run the background check is $ but it will be deducted from your first month's rent if you sign a lease
-$ deposit required
-NO PETS as there is already one large dog in the property who does not get along great with other dogs.
