Hi all! I'm looking for a roommate to fill a private bedroom in my spacious uptown Hoboken apartment, located on the corner off th and Washington. The rent is $ per month, plus split utilities, and the room will be available starting May 1st. The apartment is just under square feet and features fully furnished shared spaces, including a cozy living area and kitchen. The bedroom available currently has a bed frame, mattress, and dresser, but the furniture is optional—so you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
There’s also a bonus room between the bedrooms that’s currently used for storage but can function as a guest room or home office. I've lived here for two years and really love the apartment and the area—it's been a great experience. If you're interested or have any questions, feel free to reach out. Pets are welcome! It’s on the second floor up one flight of stairs. Directly across the street from the bus stop, which gets you to NYC in about minutes. It’s also a short walk to the ferry and the beautiful waterfront piers. The neighborhood is filled with great restaurants, bars, and local spots, making it a fun and convenient place to live.
