I am looking for one girl to take over my lease in Campus View Apartments. You would live with three amazing girls, they are rising juniors, who are very chill and nice. The rent is about $ a month, which includes utilities. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. The apartment is fully furnished and there is also a gym on the property, a pool, and more. I am looking for someone who is neat and friendly. I am leaving JMU, so the lease would start around June 1st (you pay rent every first of the month). Let me know!
