Room with private bathroom

Hello I currently have our third bedroom in our house for rent currently has a small bathroom with shower sink and toilet. The room doesn't have a closet but we do have a dresser and a foldable hanger to bring in. It's currently being used as my office until my roommate does move out. Once he does leave the room will be completely emptied out and available for use. Worst case I can move everything into another room in the house until he does vacate his current room. Rent is currently $ plus utilities . Utilities is split by thirds. The room does have its own private entrance but also can be entered from the main house. We're currently located in the SoDo area near downtown Orlando about minutes away from universal studios. Rent would be month-to-month although we would like to have a roommate to stay long term. For asking at least one month of rent as a deposit. We are pet friendly and we do have dogs. The house is fully fenced in so animals can roam freely.
