* Available as early as May 1st
The apartment is quiet and interior-facing, away from the busy areas like the pool and dog park—but still gets lots of natural light. There’s also a balcony that fits a small table and chairs.
Perks:
* Parking spot is on the same floor—right outside the door
* Trash chute is nearby but not too close (super convenient)
* Amenities:
* Gym (usually empty in the summer)
* Pool and hot tub
* Dog park
* Convenience store next door
I’ve lived here for 3 years and really loved it. It’s a great location within the complex, and I’d be staying if I weren’t graduating.

Note: My roommate is also moving out, so the apartment will be cleared and cleaned before your move-in.
