The dining room has capacity for 6 seats. The living room is welcoming for roommates to enjoy conversations with each other, using TV for free Youtube , playing Amazon music on Alexa echo device, karaoke time with those who love singing, and reading various types of books.

Besides the available indoor activities in the house, there are also a lot of available outdoor amenities to use in the neighborhood amenity center including summer pool, and a BBQ grill area. This is an HOA community named Northpoint which is safe and sound. The neighbors are friendly and often enjoy their walks and their family time outside.

There is an additional add-on amenity from the house owner to share a portable 4-burner propane gas grill with those who want to enjoy the BBQ time in the large back yard when the sun goes down at the weekend.
