Out-Of-State Student LF place

Hi my name is Justice but I go by Nas. I’m an incoming student from Phoenix attending Columbia College Chicago. I’m looking for roommate(s) to apartment hunt and house with and I’m in budget to contribute twelve-hundred maximum towards rent. Looking to lease for 1 year and want long-term roommates that are hopefully willing to room with me for 4 years total. I’m very clean, reliable, and respectful of privacy and personal belongings, and I want to room with someone who is the same way. Open to rooming with any gender (don’t worry I’m not a weirdo lmao). I’m gonna be very busy balancing work, school, and career while in Chicago so I may not be home that often. My only big ask is that I will be doing long-distance co-parenting for my 1 y/o daughter who may need to visit for extended periods of time here and there, so if this is okay, feel free to hit me up. I’m looking to move to Chicago August 1st, and neighborhoods I’m searching right now is Uptown Chicago, Wrigleyville, Lake View and Pilsen.
