I'm a YouTube vlogger in the Los Angeles area for the next months looking for a sublet in Los Angeles strongly prefer my own place as in if you have a guest house or an apartment that you're subletting parking must be included on the premises I don't want to do any street parking please let me know if you have something available I'm looking to rent ASAP until at least August 1st could go longer depending on the situation. per month is my absolute max I can pay
