About the Place:
Bedroom available in a single-family home in the Pierpont area of West Ashley. It shares the hall bath with one other person. Room is unfurnished. You will have use of the entire property, except the garage and other bedrooms. We have high-speed internet, but no cable TV. There is no smoking inside the house, but outside smoking is ok. We keep a pretty quiet household. Great HVAC unit, but ew enjoy lots of open windows and fresh air during the Spring and Fall. Ceiling fans in every room.

I am a mature male who enjoys fitness, including trail running. I’m a home remodeling contractor who moved to Charleston several years ago, who is in the process of starting a financial analysis company. The other housemate is a draftsman working for a survey company and a native Charlestonian. We have a sweet (named Sweets) indoor/outdoor cat who will adore you if you can open the door for him. No other pets are allowed.

Looking for a professional or student who is friendly and respectful of others. Single occupancy only. You must have a verifiable job away from home and be able to pass a rental background check. Please be a clean person who cleans up after yourself. Everyone helps with an hour or two of monthly yard work too.

Monthly rent includes the utilities and general household supplies that everyone uses (dish soap, paper towels, basic laundry detergent, etc).
