Hi! My name is Charlie. I’m looking for a roommate to share a really nice and spacious bath apartment at Greene Avenue starting June 1. I know the pics here are awful quality but I have a video I can send you from when I toured last week! Your room would be the one with the rolling desk chair in the image. The other bedroom (my bedroom) is not included in the images on this listing.

The apartment features:
- Large windows in both bedrooms
- Spacious living room and kitchen
- Bonus den/office space
- Lots of closet space and additional storage

Fees:
- $ (half the total $ broker fee)
- $ (half the total fee to hold the apartment until June 1)
- First month’s rent and security deposit
-$ application/background check fee (required by landlord)

Important Notes:
- No pets (landlord’s policy)
- Landlord requires a background check and application

About Me: I'm and work in sustainability consulting. I work remotely but am usually out at coffee shops or my office (it's optional for me to go in) in Midtown. I’m very clean and looking for someone who values a tidy and respectful living space—no shoes in the house, dishes cleaned within hours, shared cleaning duties on a regular schedule, etc.
