About the area

The location comes with extremely easy access to the surrounding area. It is a Mile to the freeway, and 5 minute drive to Erewhon/Ralphs/Whole Foods/CVS. Down the street from the main Sawtelle strip with tons of restaurants, shops, and bars nearby. Brentwood is a quick 3 minute drive away.

About the roommates

You'd be living with 2 working professionals in their late s. Uriel and I are friendly and down to earth. We are both into living healthy lifestyles, playing sports, watching movies, playing video games, and reading. We tend to keep the living space fairly mellow, but will occasionally have friends over. You of course would be more than welcome to do the same. We also tend to keep the place pretty clean, and are very respectful of common areas. We are looking for the same in a potential roommate.
