We live in a charming character house, which comes with a wonderful south-facing garden for spring/summer bbq or breakfasts.

You'd be living with two kind, lovely and reliable European creatives (f/m). We are looking for someone who is also reliable and considerate to share a harmonious, clean and tidy home. And loves to join in a laugh, discussion, coffee or bbq now and then.

The room is carpeted with a big window facing a quiet street, with built in storage shelves. Unfurnished at the moment, but we can help with furnitures if needed.

Its a pretty quiet family area with 4 min walk to the busses which run hrs and are well connected.

Our agency is quick responding and we will get few upgrades, like double glazed windows, soon.
