Free from end of may. Contract ends end of august and can be renewed for the next year.
The room is in a big 6 room shared house in a calm neighbourhood, with all amenities (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, big functional kitchen). With a very nice backyard, 2 bathrooms, living rooms.
Buses pass every min walk to bus stop, min by bus to the city center, less than min walk to soho road.
The room and house is furnished (I will be leaving basic bedding and kitchenware, you are free to use it or bring yours).
In the room: double bed, two bed side tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair, desk lamp.
