Rent is , that includes water, gas, along with a 9 dollar service charge. *I am offering HUNDRED DOLLAR CREDIT(or one hundred and twenty- off each month starting june)* if approved and move in for May! credit score and 3x monthly income of rent price is required, or qualified co signer needed.
