There are two rooms open in the lease so I believe you'd have your choice but if not you'd have to take the more expensive costs a flat fee of $/ mo but with the added cost of amenities like water/ sewer ($), and electric ($), it runs it up to $/ mo. the other bedroom has an attached bath which would up the price to $/mo. additionally you'd also have to pay for wifi which obviously varies on price. you'd be living with 2 other girls, and may be able to get a parking spot for $ behind the building. I have already paid the security deposit and first months rent. I am so desperate to sublet I am willing to help in any way possible as long as my name is not on the lease
