UC Berkeley House: Room Triple

Description

A spot is available for the summer only in a triple room inside a UC Berkeley fraternity house. This is perfect for students taking summer classes, working, or doing research in Berkeley. The house is centrally located just a few blocks from campus, Telegraph Ave, and downtown.

The room fits three people total (you will be sharing with two others) and includes access to shared kitchens, bathrooms, laundry machines, and common areas. The atmosphere is social but laid back, especially during the summer when the house is less crowded.

Available from June 4th to August th. Rent is affordable and utilities are split evenly. Open to all UC Berkeley students. No fraternity membership required.

We are looking for someone respectful, tidy, and easygoing. This is a great option if you want a convenient, community oriented place to stay this summer.
