There are two bedrooms in the -bathroom unit. It is a fully furnished apartment with an in-unit laundry washer and dryer, TV, dishwasher, and IoT-enabled smart centralized air conditioning (saves lots of money on the electricity bill).

It is in a prime location, a -minute walk from the ISR dining hall.

Three different bus stops are within a one-minute walk in all directions, providing access to anywhere on campus. (Best ever—that's why we extended the lease for the next academic year.)

The current rent is about $, including all utilities and electricity, and I am open to negotiation. Around ~. My roommates are very hygienic, and the unit is kept very clean.
