Looking for Three Roommates

Hi there!! Looking for 3 renters to move in around the University of Portland Area.


A little bit about the house, it’s located near the UP area, which is perfect for any students. It’s super close to a lot of food places, and right by Portsmouth Park. The house is two stories, but the second floor is taken, so the available rooms are in the first floor. The available rooms are really spacious with a lot of great outdoor lighting.


I am currently a full time manager, so I rarely am home, my roommate is an art major and her boyfriend is currently still in school. We’re not very loud, but there are nights where we will stay up to watch a show or just have a little get together. We don’t mind smoking just as long as it’s outside the house.

We’re looking for preferably women roommates, we are two women in the house currently (my roommate lives with her boyfriend). The rent to a full comes to $, the available rooms are either $, or $. We split utilities equally in 6-ways.
