Double available in historic house

Description

Hi everyone! If you are still looking for housing for next year, my housemates and I have space for 3 additional friendly female students in our gorgeous house on Prospect Street near Clark Kerr (very walkable). Spaces are available in very large double rooms with closets and other built-ins.

We'll be juniors next year, and we are happy to welcome students in any year. Transfer students very welcome! (Congrats!) Our house will have a total of residents, is super cozy, and it’s great for both hanging out together and studying. The house was built in and includes interesting features such as lovely wood work, several balconies, locked bike storage, and a full kitchen with 2 large refrigerators. Common areas are fully furnished, kitchen is stocked, and the house has a new washer/dryer for us to use. Monthly rent is approximately $ per person. This includes weekly cleaning by a cleaning service. -month lease starts June 1.
