looking for the perfect room

Hello, I'm Dave, and I'm looking for a room. I've lived in NYC for two years now, and I'm looking to moderate my spending a bit. I'm looking to regroup my finances, and thousands of dollars for a shoebox apartment in this city is a tedious expense. I'm quiet (the farthest thing from a party animal), only speak when spoken to, non-confrontational, and **clean** (with a significant emphasis on cleanliness). I occasionally cook, and when i do you hardly notice anything. I don't have guests, and most of the time, you probably won't even know I'm there. I don't have any pets, but I don't mind having pets if someone else has them. I'm currently in school, so I'll be busy pursuing my degree.
