PRIVATE ROOM:
Medium-sized bedroom with a closet in a 3-bedroom apartment.
You will have two roommates, working professionals.

APT:
The building has three units and we’re on the top/third floor. The three-bedroom apartment has central heating and AC in the living room to keep the place cool during the summer. One full bath (shared) and a half bath are in the master bedroom, kitchen, dining space, and huge living room.
All in all, nice, clean apt. Fully equipped kitchen. Fridge, Toaster, Microwave, dishwasher machine, laundry machine, and dryer...
The living room has an Air conditioner and a big TV set.

LOCATION:
Excellent location. Great, quiet neighborhood. 2 blocks from R/M th Street train station on Broadway, close to excellent restaurants, shops, markets, bars, and shops in general, minutes from Manhattan.
Huge free sports playground (basketball court, three tennis courts, athletic track…)

LOOKING FOR MALE ROOMMATE:
Someone respects other people’s lifestyles and schedules, especially when it comes to sleep. It’s essential that this person also helps keep the common areas of the apartment tidy and clutter-free, like cleaning their dishes and not leaving them in the sink for days on end. Please don't bring the party home with you.
Be normal, clean after yourself, respect your roommates, be a good friend, and you will get the same. 

RENT:
$/month for combined bedroom and living room
The ConEd bill is shared during the summer months
Heating, water, and wifi are free.

CONDITION to move in:
Move-in: May
1st-month rent + one-month security deposit
There is no fee to rent.
