Looking for roomate

Hello everyone,

I have 1 room available that share the upstairs bathroom (full). The room is located on the second level of the home. It can be furnished with a TV and a twin sized bed with bed frame if desired. The room’s dimensions are . There is a half bathroom in the first level that can be claimed.
The house has a fully stocked kitchen and washer dryer as well as 2 living rooms (upstairs and downstairs). I have a full home gym that includes treadmill, bicycle, medicine balls, and the tonal full smart home gym that everyone has access to (I pay for the out of pocket). I have a pretty spacious backyard as well as a shed for any storage needs. The garage parking is currently filled but street parking in front of the house is available. I have 2gb fiber installed which includes a really fast wifi connection throughout the house. ADT is also installed for security purposes.

A little about me:
I work from home during the nights and I have a side gig that I do during the day. I have 3 cats that I acquired from my previous roommates as they didn’t want them anymore and a German shepherd dog. In my free time I like to just relax at home and watch videos or play video games.
