My name is Izzy, currently looking for a roommate /new tenant to sublet or reassign my portion of the lease that goes until late November , the lease can be extended as well if you would like.
The rent is $ for one roommate, utilities are around $,but price can fluctuate.
There is a requested buyout of the deposit if $ (price can be negotiated), also for the application process there will be a required background check, credit check and references will need to be provided.


The apartment is in a Condo building and is in a great location! Just a few minutes walk from Stadium Armory metro station and just two stops from Eastern Market (Capitol Hill area). The room is furnished with a bed, dressers and a floor lamp (optional furnishings) also is equipped with ceiling fan! Perfect for summer and spring weather! The room also has a private back entrance to the parking area!
The apartment is partially furnished with a Tv, side table, a larger table, storage dresser and is an open plan living room/kitchen! Kitchen is fully equipped (utensils, cookware etc) and has a fridge/freezer with ice maker, a dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster over and coffee keurig!
The apartment currently has 1 female professional tenant and two cats (so no more animals may occupy the space) cats are cute and love to play.

Also I do apologize the photos are not that good, they seem in poor quality on here, also the photos are before the furniture just to give an idea of the layout; photos with the furniture can be provided!
