Amazing Room in Brooklyn

This is a duplex apartment where we’re all latinos on their mid twenties and get great along to each other, we all mainly work in hospitality. We are extremely clean and follow a calendar each week for a deep cleaning and at the same time we cooperate on keep everything clean after cooking or using any other common area so we expect the same from anyone else who is willing to join into the apartment, no pets are allowed and we are very moderate with visitors to keep a good and nice environment for everyone, bills are included on the rent and can provide the bed frame and mattress as well, all appliances on kitchen are shared and done others belong to the current roommates so just need to ask once you decide to move in and we’ll explain how everything works around here, train C (blue line) is just 3 minutes walk from the apartment and have supermarkets, stores, restaurants, fast food and laundromat near by the apartment.
