I’m a friendly divorced women (age ) looking for employed flat mates to share a semi-furnished home in the heart of the Alphabet District in NW Portland (LBGTQ+ friendly)

Must love dogs.

You’ll have your own private bedroom (unfurnished), a shared full bathroom, & own storage room in basement. The house is semi-furnished & spacious w/shared access to:
• Full basement w/washer/dryer & ample storage
• 1st floor w/fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, dishwasher), cozy dining nook, living room , dining room, & half bath
• Large front porch w/seating plus back deck w/dining table, gas grill, lighting & additional lounge space
• Fully fenced backyard that’s perfect for dogs
• Finished attic used as shared home office, crafting space & lounge area

2nd floor has four bedrooms & full bath. One room is guest room.

I’m social, independent & enjoy knitting, estate sales, beach trips & time w/ friends. I value quiet time & a peaceful home. I have a pound, rescued dog who is a total love, housebroken, trained & crate trained. Loves playing w/ other dogs at home & dog park.

I love to cook & open to group meals if that's of interest. I eat everything so if you require a vegan household, I’m not a good match. This is a non-smoking house.

Street parking is available w/ city permit (under $/year). The house is walking distance to Trader Joe’s, NW rd shops & restaurants & Slabtown. The NS streetcar is four blocks away & bus lines are nearby. Also two dog parks w/in a mile.

If it feels like a good fit, let’s meet. Then an application to Property Management Company will be required (for you & your dog, if you have one, plus a pet deposit of $).

Rent: $/month & includes gas, electric, trash, & internet. Rent due before 1st of each month.
