Private bed bath on Intracoastall

Fully furnished common area, equal designated storage space for you (roommate) in fridge, cabinets, your own pantry, etc. Your private bed and bath are NOT furnished, thats up to you to make your own. Current rent plus utilities comes out to about . Lease is up on , so we should receive a renewal letter sometime in May and will then know the new cost of rent starting , should you want to stay. two-story gym overlooking the infinity pool/hot tub area and Intracoastal, business center, daytime clubhouse, fire pit with chairs all around, pavilion with full outdoor kitchen, including two grills and a pizza oven, ample seating, and a bigscreen tv.. Lots of great amenities, amazing maintenance team as well. If you decide you’d like to live here, you have to apply through the office first (that’s why I listed a “
