Cozy Renovated Basement for Rent! $ monthly utilities included

The space is available May 1st on a month-to-month basis. It is a 2 bedroom set up with a shared living room,kitchen,&bathroom .
The other room is rented, but the new tenant won't arrive until July, so you can enjoy the space until then.

Fully furnished with a king-size bed, dresser, and nightstand in each room. Feel free to paint the walls in your room any color you like to make it feel like home!

Shared bathroom and kitchen with the understanding that my husband and I may occasionally come down and pass the kitchen space to access our home gym, which is located in the basement. Please don't be alarmed if you see us around!

*Access to a home gym (equipment being added).

* 1 assigned parking

*Central air

* cats okay pet deposit $ required

Requirements:
*We do verify employment
*a deposit is required it is the same as the monthly rent plus your first month


*no smoking
*must be clean and pick up after yourself
*no firearms in our home
*no overnight guest (will consider having company we can discuss if that’s okay )

We enjoy working out, building our small business, and spending quality time together as a family. We're also excited to start gardening in our backyard and we enjoy exploring outdoor activities.

Our home is a peaceful retreat, and we appreciate cleanliness and respect for our space. We're not party people, and we rarely have guests over. We're looking for someone who shares our values and will take care of our home.
