About the Space:

I’m looking to rent out a spacious upstairs bedroom with mountain views, a large walk-in closet, and a private bathroom. This room functions as a second master and is located across the loft from mine—giving you plenty of privacy.

As a bonus, the adjacent room is included at no extra cost. Whether you want to use it as an office, creative space, or for extra storage, it’s yours. You’ll essentially have your own wing of the house.

About Me:

I live a low-key lifestyle. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outdoors—running, working out, or at the stables with my horse, Emma. I’m tidy, considerate, and value a peaceful, respectful home environment.

Ideally, I’m looking to rent the individual—preferably a young professional with a similar lifestyle. That said, I’m not completely set on that and am open to other situations (e.g., a couple, someone with a child, or a traveling professional). If you’re not home often, I’m happy to discuss a lower rent. It really just depends on the fit.

A Few Quick Notes:

• You’ll be the only other person living in the home—no other rooms will be rented out.

• Cleanliness and mutual respect are important to me. If you prefer a more relaxed housekeeping style, we may not be the best match (no hard feelings!).

I have a small pup named Billie—she’s very well-mannered and sweet as pie! But if you’re not an animal person, it’s good to know upfront.
