June 1 - beautiful bath

Our names are Philippa (Pippa) and Mateo. We are two people in our s looking for a 3rd person to join a June ) lease in our beautiful bathroom, first-floor apartment in Ashmont, Dorchester. It is a 5-minute walk from the Ashmont Red Line station, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, gyms, and other local businesses. The apartment was recently renovated with brand new appliances, including a dishwasher and in-unit laundry, and has free street parking (no permit needed). We also have a back porch area and backyard, which we share with two neighbors upstairs (who are young professionals).



The open room is $/month in rent (water and heat included) with NO BROKERS FEES, just 1st month and security upon lease signing ($ total to move in).



If interested, here are some requirements:



• Be friendly to cats (we will be adopting an ESA animal)

• Be CLEAN! We are both orderly and organized and prefer someone who respects common spaces and cleans up after themselves.

• Be respectful and willing to have a friendly relationship with the other roommates.

• Be mindful of noise during the week. We both work and study a lot and require a quiet space on weeknights.

• Be reliable with payments for rent and utilities and respectful to the landlords - they are a very kind young couple who live a few streets away from the property.

• Preferably, we want someone who is a university student or a young working professional, but are open to all folks.
