Looking for Roomates

Hi, my name is juan. I am a -year old professional. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Blacksburg. The monthly rent is $ and the room is available on May -bedroom apartment at Cascades Pointe for the upcoming semester. It’s in a great location with a grocery store within walking distance and a bus stop right out front. The living room is already furnished, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment has two bathrooms—one shared and one private in the main bedroom. Water is included in the rent, while electricity and internet are not. There’s plenty of parking available, and there’s also a basketball court right in front of the apartment.

something about the current roomates: Two PhD students—one from Ecuador and the other from Virginia. We are pretty laid-back and spend most of our time at the apartment, usually working or relaxing with some video games. We are very respectful, easy to get along with, and enjoy the occasional group activity like playing pool or going bowling. We like a quiet iand clean atmosphere not.
