Roommate needed!

Description

Need someone to take over the other half of the lease for a townhouse in the Brighton Valley Apartment complex. You will be living in the master bedroom and have a private half bath downstairs. We will share the full ballroom. In unit washer/dryer. It's a gated community with residential parking right at our front door. Smart home living with an app used to lock/unlock the residence and adjust temperature as well. In addition to the rent, we will split the electricity cost monthly. I have 1 very sweet cat, and the lease has a 2 pet maximum.
