Description

Refundable deposit of 5 Hundred due before/on move in.

All utilities and internet, monthly maid service, and household common consumables (laundry detergent, etc.) are included in the price. The house has tile flooring (bedrooms are carpeted). There is a washer and dryer too. If you smoke please do so outside.

Aside from pets, there aren’t any other significant barriers as long as you are responsible and respectful of the other roommates and the property. Please be reasonably attentive to cleanliness and personal hygiene.

The house is less than 5 minutes from downtown, minutes from NMSU/BCOM (I- is a little faster in my experience), about minutes from WSMR.
