The Townhouse has an in-unit washer and dryer, and a deck. The community has a swimming pool. We have a wireless high-speed internet.

The bedrooms are located on a different level from the common areas such as living room and dining room, so you can socialize with the roommates without compromising your own private space. You don't really need a car, because the metro station, grocery store, and the restaurants are at a walking distance.

We keep common areas clean, we are quiet, and respect others space and expect the same in return.
