Rent includes everything except electricity, which will be split between us.

I’m Aayan, an easygoing male student studying Computer Science at TMU. I’d prefer another straight male student, but I’m open—just reach out!



The living room has been converted into my bedroom, so shared spaces include the kitchen, bathroom and storage room only. The available bedroom comes with a private closet for your personal storage.



I value a peaceful and respectful living environment. You’re welcome to have guests over, just be considerate and keep things reasonable. I also have a few friends over every other day for group study sessions.
